Trying out a new meal planner and yesterdays low carb prep was a success. Scallops and Brussel sprouts, pork chops with steamed lemon & feta broccoli, paprika chicken with sautéed spinach and mushrooms and lemon garlic trout with smashed cauliflower and cream cheese. Also made a batch of peanut butter chocolate chip cookies for a sweet treat throughout the week.
