But this Walkingstick works good as well. Finish the day off with a leg routine, and CrossFit which consisted of a 2 front squat + push press + a split jerk x 4 rounds. Then it was a AMRAP in 20 minutes 250 m row, 16 35# db thrusters (8 on each arm) and 12-35# weighted sit-ups ..For the prescribed work out i finished six rounds +16.Happy Monday!
