5 sets building in weight of Snatch Deadlift x 3 then power snatch x 2, WOD was alternating 100-80-60-40-20 jump rope with 50-40-30-20-10 box pushups finished in 9:42 had a 18 min time cap! I hit chest and triceps and warmed up my legs on the machines before class then after class finished with a core burnout ?
