Proud of my client who came to me asking me to help her train for the firefighter physical test (CPAT). Climbing stairs with a 75 lbs vest on for 00:03:20, keep a 55 lbs vest on while carrying two 35 lbs chainsaws, dragging a 175 lbs dummy, crawling through a dark maze, swinging a 10 lb sledgehammer, and more all under 00:10:20. There were some big guys who actually flunked the physical. I'm so proud and very happy for her success. Who says women can't be just as strong as men?
