Quick pre-workout preparation. I didn't have a chance to work out in the morning so I had to work out after work. It's after 6 p.m. and I don't want caffeine in my system or else I won't go to sleep. I'll take 6 to 8 grams of citrulline malate which helps improve ATP production, increase blood flow, and pumps you up. 1 to 2 grams of a Acetyl L-Carnitine for mental focus and some small fat burning effects. Today I decided to mix it up with a little Emergen-C for flavor which contains some extra antioxidants and electrolytes, with about 6oz of water. Gotta be smart supplementing.
