Iâve been staying off the weights for almost a week now and focusing on posture, soo much stretching, soo much foam rolling and so much mobility exercise. The best thing was finding this new trainer to help me with the process of fixing all my problems. Within a day of seeing her she eased up my back pain, had me moving in ways I didnât think I could and itâs getting better each day. I miss training how I used to but recovery and fixing myself is more important right now...then back to it when Iâm ready. Oh and my bad *** new Rotting Christ cut up metal top ??
