Iâm gradually getting back to working with some weights, nothing proper yet. My body is moving in ways it hasnât done for a long time so I need to strengthen a lot of movements first. My back is feeling so much better and shoulders are doing great. My trainer has me learning handstands now, this is my first attempt, holds against a wall and learning to shift weight to one arm at a time.
