Rest day today! Which is good because I was up late working. Phew. . Today though I want to challenge you to rethink your measurements of success. . Consider tracking the increase of weight in each rep. . Consider tracking the decrease of rest time between sets. . Consider tracking the amount of exercise youâve accomplished this week compared to last week or last month. . Consider tracking that one positive change to your nutrition. . All of these are concrete ways to measure your fitness journey that have a profound impact on it. Think outside the box, donât get stuck on the scale. Think about those small wins and watch how they transform your habit and life.
