ACTIVE REST DAY! . Erica and I are out today at an essential oil conference, so Iâll squeeze in a quick at home HIIT workout. . Remember folks, taking your rest days helps to improve everything youâre working for, so donât be afraid to take them. . Active rest days are excellent for keeping your body mobile, loosened up, and warmed up. You donât need to make a workout out of these days. Run around with the kids, do some HIIT training, play a sport, just be active! . Weâre almost on week 2. Keep strong, stay the course, and see this thing through. I know these are words Iâm telling myself as well.
