Número 1: I slept 8 hours solid....combination of complete exhaustion and a little thing called 'lights OFF' seemed to do the trick. Fingers crossed it wasn't a one time thing.... Número 2: 3 week post comp check in with MYSELF. Still really trying not to be an ******* to my body but def having a little BLT aka: bite, lick(off my kids face) and taste every few days. Current lb: IDGAF....I truly wish this is what scales would say to those who rely solely on numbers to dictate their days. For example: step on scale and it reads IDGAF(as in I don't give a FAK) or Good Morning Beautiful Soul or 110% awesome or BLAH BLAH BLAH go workout cause feeling good is so much better than just looking good!!!! Someone should invent that ****.... Ps. I have a collection of 8 scales - none are mine- when my athletes/clients become consumed with numbers I demand it be taken away....note to husbands/spouses- if your significant other is one of these ladies HIDE that ****...when she asks to weigh the next morning remind her "babe your 100% beautiful in my eyes"...then show her exactly how you feel â¤ï¸#actionsoverobservations #momswholift #beyoutifulbeast #dontbeanasshole #murves #bereal #chasinglife
