1. Upper traps need more mass so I won't have giraffe neck syndrome. 2. The rear delts and the triceps are separate muscles. Can't tell it from this vantage point... 3. Remember to flex your stomach in all poses! 4. Don't forget to flex your quads, even in "upper body poses." 5. Uh...calf raises need to cease being an afterthought.
