1. Upper traps need to be developed so that they don't disappear when I raise my arms. 2. Cmon, can't bring peashooters to the gun show. Get your weight up... 3. Lower lats are non existent. Mainly because I wasn't bending over all the way on row movements. I've lowered the weights and started bending over 90 degrees, in addition to doing many other things. 4. Lower back looks flat out atrophied. You all have my word, I'm hammering this nothingness into a Christmas tree in 8 weeks. 5. Forgot to number those hammies. How fitting because they don't exist lol. Seriously, I think I just need to shed more bodyfat to see them.
