1. Upper chest development needs to be prioritized. 2. Hit those delts from every angle to separate them from the bi's. 3. Shred the midsection, but even then...don't lean forward into a most muscular, it compromises the appearance of the abs. 4. Upper quad development is lagging. Find an exercise that lights up the upper quad. 5. Remember to flex both legs! 6. Sweep is lagging behind the teardrop because the teardrop gets hammered by my constant cycling. Rectifying this imbalance will be a true challenge!
