Avocado, cheese, egg and cayenne pepper. simply chit the avocado in half.Remove the seed. Crack an egg in one shell of the avocado. Place cheese and sprinkle cayenne pepper. Bake at 180 degrees until the egg is cooked to the level you like. Yum!
