1 cup spinach
1 carrot
1 cup frozen mix berries
1/2 cup frozen mango
2 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 cup tropicana 50/50 orange juice or you can use 1/2 cup tropicana 1/2 cup water
Makes the best breakfast and detox smoothie! #yum
