Spinach Zucchini Ravioli: combine ground turkey, chopped spinach, 1/2 onion, 2 garlic cloves, and onion powder. Sauté until turkey is cooked through. Assemble the ravioli using 4 zucchini strips and 2 Tbsp of turkey mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
