Last nights dinner. Salmon 175 g coated in Crushed Pecans 30g and ground Cinnamon 1Tsp (salt n pepper to taste), fry in coconut oil 3-4 mins per side. Plus some Sweet Potato, Broc, Kale and Green Beans. Seriously you need to try the Salmon!
