"Well I have made a "FULL" recovery from my Bi-Laterial quad "rupture" (both quads ripped off the bone) yes I had a freak accident 7-09-09 with an 800lb. Hack Squat. Update I'm feeling "really" great, starting to feel like myself again:-) God is good."
