So over the last couple of years, I have come to the conclusion that I do not believe in doing very strict, concrete workouts. By which I mean workouts that say you HAVE to workout in this order, you HAVE to take this day off and you HAVE to workout this day. I find a massive flaw in this. ...
I was focused on prepping for my Navy PT test, so I haven't done deadlifts in a while. I'm probably not looking forward to the morning after I get back into it! (But, I nailed my best score ever on the PT test).

Thanks for the advice. I'm finding that if I wnat to grow, I need to push hard in the gym. I've been back three week and noticed changes already. So have a few people I work with. Later

awesome work man. keep it up. I know how it feels, when you are at the gym you are happily pushing yourself, and when you are not at the gym, you cant wait till you can get back into it for more work! good job!
Great information on the NO-Xplode. I have been using it too for a while now and experienced a lot of the same symptoms.
I started with 1 scoop and wasn't really seeing anything different. I changed to 2 scoops and the symptoms were almost exactly like yours, except I haven't had any sleep issues or headaches (other then 1 that started prior to me supplementing and heading to the gym)
