So over the last couple of years, I have come to the conclusion that I do not believe in doing very strict, concrete workouts.  By which I mean workouts that say you HAVE to workout in this order, you HAVE to take this day off and you HAVE to workout this day.  I find a massive flaw in this. ...

I was focused on prepping for my Navy PT test, so I haven't done deadlifts in a while. I'm probably not looking forward to the morning after I get back into it! (But, I nailed my best score ever on the PT test).

Great information on the NO-Xplode. I have been using it too for a while now and experienced a lot of the same symptoms. I started with 1 scoop and wasn't really seeing anything different. I changed to 2 scoops and the symptoms were almost exactly like yours, except I haven't had any sleep issues or headaches (other then 1 that started prior to me supplementing and heading to the gym) I look forward to seeing the rest of your study.
