About to head to the offuce, weights gone up but did not overeat, however, I am lifting really really heavy, for instance dumbbell shoulder press i got 24kg each hand for 7 reps. My strength is just going up and up but interesting whist protein is high my calories are around 1.5k - 1.8k per day. Anyways, big love! Today is chest and tricep day despite my man flu and I plan to bench 92.5kg tonight!
