This will be my staple breakfast for remaining of this challenge. It's a high protein version of Quakers. Photo: 1 hour 1000 calories workout on treadmill with 4.1 speed and full incline. 1st session. Photo: 4 scoops when with 500 ml 1% milk after workout. Photo: Sweet Potato, oranges and banana mixed with Indian sauces. It's really delicious. This will serve as the fuel for tomorrow's chest day lol Photo: I didn't feel like eating eggs at night so I ended up having one scoop of whey wish 500 ml milk. Almost 40 grams protein overall. Photo: Night cardio for 1000 calories on treadmill at full incline and 4.1 speed. 2nd session. Photo: Indian mixed vegetables ( cauliflower, carrots, peas, green peer,potatoes) with 2 cups of yogurt Photo: Had a cup of chai tea in the evening (unnecessarily) Summary: Very productive day. Nailed 2000 calories on treadmill and had an stomach aching #absworkout . I am adopting new foods now to change a little and started eating sweet patatoes. Since I started having oatmeal, I nail my workouts because of that extra energy. Anyway, really happy for today
