This will be my staple breakfast for remaining of this challenge. It's a high protein version of Quaker. Photo: 4 scoops when with 500 ml 1% milk after workout. Photo: cup of chai tea in the evening Photo: 2 cup chicken liver with 1 cup rice Photo: Night cardio for 1000 calories on treadmill at full incline and 4.1 speed. 2nd session. Photo: Sweet Potato, oranges and banana mixed with Indian sauces. It's really delicious. Extra energy for tomorrow's double cardio day Summary: Overall it's a nice #biceps and #back workout. I also hit some abs at the end and the whole session lasted 2 and half hours. Calorie intake could have been better. Anyway, double cardio day is waiting for me.
