If you plant a tomato plant in a sunny spot in the spring soil, and you fertilize it properly, you water it regularly, and you generally protect it, you will wind up with delicious tomatoes in several weeks' time. Then again, if you plant your tomato in a dark location, water it sporadically, and you don't treat it with love, then it will likely wither and die. The same could be said for your fears. Don't nurture fear and stop feeding it, and let it die.
