It's being weeks since I hurt my foot so off from plyos and Muay Thai ?? working my way around and trying my best not to make the injury worst. About to get some hamstrings and glutes activation ???? triple set here vertical leg press on the smith machine- stiff leg DL using cables and lateral movement with resistant bands followed by GHR paired with resistant bands kickbacks then some bb step ups and never the less kneeling squats and bb bridges ?? feeling the burn ?????? now go get it #fitfam #stayfocus #motivated #allforthemgains #whateverittakes ????
