Today's session was Quads & glutes focus. Heavy leg day all supersets 10-12 reps 4 sets all and the last set always a drop set. Started with Bb front squats with weighted sissy squads then Bb split squad with leg presses 10 reps feet together 10 reps feet apart using resistant bands to add more intensity last set on this was with 8 plates and 4 drops for a total of 100 reps without rest in between ?????? #trythis #majorpump #selfieisamust ?? my finisher was leg extension every 4 reps 5 secs hold for 12 reps total x4. Then some bb hip thrust 4 sets 100kg x 10 combined with resistant bands. All done for the day ?? #getit #fitfam ????
