Feeling strong and happy with my body! I equally love this stage of my physique just as much as being shredded. I count my macros every other day because I don't want to get burned out from counting my food all the time. Specially that im not in a fat loss state its okay to not to be exact with my carb, fat, and protein intake (just try to hit ranges). I'm currently eating around 270-300 carbs a day, training 5 times per week, and doing a cardio session once a week (which involves hiking??). Love having tons of energy during my workouts, seeing my strength increase in all my lifts, and overall muscle growth?? Eat food and Train hard!
