This is the most I have ever weighed in my life. I weighed myself this morning and kinda freaked out a little bit??.. I never get on the scale, I usually just look in the mirror but today I was curious. Don't get me wrong the scale is a great way to track progress, but you can track progress other ways like how your clothes fit, taking progress pictures and monitoring yourself in the mirror. Even though my weight is up, I still look pretty lean in my upper body and stomach area. Im actually very happy with how I look right now, I feel healthy and strong. But with such the heigh weight I had to remind myself that I have definitely gained some muscle since I last competed! Yes I have put on some fat but I really think I've have put on muscle as well. So this is just a reminder that muscle weighs more than fat. Never just look at the scale to track progress because that is just a tool ??
