This 300 challenge is a quick workout you can do anywhere without any equipment. I challenge you to complete it every day during the #stillinit challenge. It can be broken into 5 sets of 20 reps or how I did it was to do as much as I could before moving on and then coming back to finish off the 100. I can vouch for its effectiveness as I am more sore this morning then any morning during the #250kchallenge. Let me know if your up to the challenge.
