Pretty good day all up 1. 90 minute lower body workout from @musclepharm #21daybizzydiet done (? seeing my legs look leaner) 2. Water = 3 litres (can feel the fluff washing away) 3. 16 hour fast and ate clean all day (happy dance) 4. Didn't get my assignment done but did all the reading and started it so that progress. 5. Started my #300challenge tonight and am going to do it every night. Made me a sweaty mess but could feel the burn. Why not join me on the #300challenge (100 x crunches, 100 x squats, 100 x pushups and 300 seconds of planks) you can do it anywhere, no equipment required...so no excuses!!
