Had a great Sabbath of rest and recovery today! Today also marked Day 7 of the first week of lnterCycle 45/46 (lighter workouts, active rest, and recovery). I took yesterday off, which I allow myself to do during InterCycle, so I have had two days of very good rest! Absolutely ready, however, to start Cycle 47 (April 25 in conjunction with the "Still In It" Challenge). Hopefully, things are not looking too bad after a week of going "light"! Have a great remainder of the weekend and an outstanding week in and out of the gym!
