Well it's been bout 4 weeks since I did "super torq" with my son so I threw it in this week. If you want a killer bicep exercise, give it a try. Alternate grips on the EZ curl every set. It's 5 sets, 40 seconds apart.. Set 1- 50 reps, Set 2 -40 reps, Set 3 -30 reps, Set 4-20 reps , Set 5- 10 reps but with a 3 second negative!
