As the #250kchallenge comes to an end, I am taking the time to reassess my goals. Having clearly defined goals allows me to never to forget my "Why" and keeps me motivated and on track. My short term goal are fitness related...to take part in the "Still in it" challenge and to run a 5k in June (I used to love running and since my paralysis I struggle to get up to a jog even). My long term goals are to finish my PT course and develop a business that is based on helping mothers become strong in mind, body and spirit. What are your goals for the future?
