Had an awesome double after having to take yesterday off from workouts! Lots of paperwork and research for insurance and someone who can cut down a bleeping tree and more! LOL! Anyway, today was a great conclusion to my workout week (week 3 Cycle 46 and 9 of 12-week Transformation Challenge). My big challenge is to cut the fast low enough to get the quads, lower abs, back more defined over the next 3 weeks. Diet has been good, overall. Will have to stay consistent and keep grinding! Have a great weekend!
