So I only get 90 minutes in the gym as the gyms child care has a time limit but it makes me work so much harder. I arrange my work out according to the equipment needed, barbell exercise, dumbell exercises, machines according to gym layout, floor work. I also review all my previous PB's beforehand so I dont have to look them up. Having a time limit means I'm conscious of resting for too long, I'm not tempted to chat. I get in and get it done.
