Day 58...Super sets are the way to go

I only have 90 minutes at the gym as the creche has a time limit so I need to squeeze as much in as I can. I have started incorporating super sets into my workouts because for 1. It cuts down my rest time and allows me to fit more in and 2. It keeps my heart rate up and makes me sweat. Now I am switching between 2 different total body workouts that I can just squeeze into 90 minutes...todays consisted of 23 exercises, 82 sets and 19000+kgs lifted...so there is no chatting for me while at the gym its just work, work, work. In other news I was so close to blacking out my weekly #reprecap and managed to get some cardio in by mowing my lawn. All round a pretty great day. Hope your day has been awesome too #fitfam
