Its easy to get caught up in seeing the flaws in your body especially when your in the gym with lots of tight toned bodies, and you spend your spare time researching workouts, exercises and nutrition. But its so important not to compare yourself with others. There is only one comparison that matters which is the comparison between yourself and the person you were yesterday, last week, last month or last year. I know I'm stronger in body, mind and spirit then I have ever been and I will continue to strive to be better each and every day.
