A wet and "squishy" Transformation Tuesday and I LOVED IT! I managed to get in the workout and some slippery cardio and pull-ups outside, before taking new profile pictures. Right as I finished them, it started to rain again! Chest could stand a bit more size over the next few weeks, but I am, overall, happy with what I am seeing! The "2011 Physique," perhaps even a little better, is in sight! Thank you all for your support and encouragement! Let's all continue to GRIND RELENTLESSLY toward those goals!
