Happy Transformation Tuesday-1

A wet and "squishy" Transformation Tuesday and I LOVED IT! I managed to get in the workout and some slippery cardio and pull-ups outside, before taking new profile pictures. Right as I finished them, it started to rain again! LOL! But, I am just happy to be seeing more progress. The waist is narrowing and lower abs and obliques are fighting to come in! LOL! Hopefully, with continued hard work and attention to diet, I can get the quads and back cleaner before the Transformation Challenge is completed! I am, however, thankful!
