I have the best swole mate and teammate who is also my best friend. He gets me, pushes me and puts up with my shenanigans...I can be a crazy b$$$h sometimes ...lol. Banded squats 6x4 at 185 and bench 5x5 at 100 fast and furious was the idea...lunch was brown rice pilaf and chicken kebabs! Valentine's Day done right!!
