What a day!! First meet where I was coaching my fellow teammate and helping with spotting and stuff.I have a new level of appreciation for my coaches. So much work goes into making a meet successful....Good stuff! I packed my food in boxes since I knew it would be a long day and stuck to my macros. I did cardio early AM as well. Breakfast: egg and grits with toast and coffee Lunch: grilled chicken and broccoli in spinach curry. Was very tasty!! Dinner: Cajun spiced smoked Swai, grilled spaghetti squash with peppers, capers and asparagus. I added toasted cumin seeds for that extra crunch. Snack: shake and a bar Dessert that I will never change: Ice cream and cookie dough. Squat and bench day tomorrow. Oh boy today has lit a fire under my a$$.
