Happy Flex Friday-1

Can you believe that this is the final Flex Friday of January 2016! Almost one month into the new year! I hope all is well with each and every one of you! The "old man" is working his butt of and starting to reap some progress! My goal is to refine the physique a bit each week until I reach and/or exceed my goals! I managed to find some good lighting again today and actually "like" this picture and the back picture to follow! Thanking you all always for the kind encouragement and support!
