I guess that's a good start, eh?
OVERALL RATING
From where I started to where I am now: I've always been sporty and I've always eaten well, but for me it's been doing different sports without concentrating on any one in particular, which is why in the first picture I just look small. I was, however, in as good a shape as ever back then as well. Now, I understand my body more, I feed it and I train it. It's what I concentrate on. It's what I build. It's my project. People often ask me how I could possibly stay in good shape and diet and train and never get fat and never break down and get tired and etc.... From a young age, I've been brought up to eat at least three proper meals a day with snacks in between. It's what I continue doing today. Not because I have to do it, but because I'm so used to it, I don't need to think twice about it. I've always been interested in many things at the same time, which is partly the reason for me being where I am and doing what I do. I do bodybuilding as my main thing, but I'm not a one-track-mind kinda person, I also go swimming, I dance and practice shooting, I take part in MPK courses (and hopefully teach there some time in the near future), my husband and I have three sweet cats that we love to occupy our time with and we also actively play around with our various vehicles. It takes a lot of work to get to where I am now, it takes a strong, healthy and reasonable mind to understand yourself. I believe I have that. In fact, I believe this one of the very few places where I have THE thing that it takes. I may be wrong, but until I'm proven wrong, I will believe it exactly that.
