Wife and I went to Texas Roadhouse. Meal was like Disneyland but I managed, quite effectively, a 20oz ribeye, 6 rolls n butter, loaded potato, some cheese fries, and a bunch of salted peanuts. On the way home I got wild at Yogurtland with all the candy bar crumbs and everything. It took an entire day to recover but we'll worth the mental and physical reset. Helped me stay strong the rest of the weekend when pizza and ice cream and hot dogs showed up. Tonight it'll be hard to resist but we're doing our Sunday thing and making homemade ice cream. Find your why and you can do anything.
