First Intermittent Fast of 2016! I was into hour 21 or so of the 24 hour fast and was STARVING! LOL! I had to retake the Transformation Challenge pictures, so snapped a couple for the fun of it! Lots of work to do during the next 12 weeks, but I'M READY! Wishing all competing in the Transformation Challenge the very best!
