Those nights WILL come when everything seems stacked against you and your plate it too full. Those nights may seem like barriers, looking to prevent you from reaching your fitness goals. BUT, I assure you that they are just minor hurdles that can't slow you down IF you step back, take a deep breath, grab your gym bag, take that ride to the gym and say **** IT.
