I hope everyone has an AWESOME Christmas today! Hit the gym, open gifts, and spend time with the fam! Here are some pics of me, my wife @CecileBayeul , my son Chad , our furry (and 1 feathered) kids, and a message from Santa. Finally, I want to share a beautiful message that my wife Cecile just put together: "The best gift we can receive for Christmas is not money, is not presents, but it is LOVE. The LOVE of your closed ones, and the LOVE of others. The gift of watching a beautiful soul gain the CONFIDENCE and SELF-ESTEEM it always deserved. Receiving the gift of being an INSPIRATION for others, seeing how EMPOWERING you are for someone you've helped with all your heart is the most most REWARDING feeling ever. I am not talking about how we helped to transform their body via fitness only but about how our GUIDANCE has changed so many lives on our beautiful MOTHER EARTH. I hope that the ones who found their INNER-SELF because of the BELIEF we gave them will SPREAD THE LOVE to become for others THE INSPIRATION we've been for them. For just one day, don't look at your IMPERFECTIONS, just embrace them. They are the ones that make you the UNIQUE human being that you are. Use them to show others how to become STRONGER. ACCEPT who YOU are and I promise you that nothing will make you more POWERFUL than opening your HEART full of LIGHT to others. THIS is FREEDOM!
