Don't watch the scale,in fact, put it away all together. Watch the mirror! See the change in yourself as your body composition changes. You may indeed gain weight, but muscle weighs more than fat. You will see your muscles become more defined and more pronounced. Remember, it takes 4 weeks for YOU to see change, 6 weeks for close family and friends and about 8 for everyone else. Don't get down on yourself, Keep pushing, keep grinding and always #TranscendNormal!
