Flex Friday!

Fitness has always been important to me. I grew up playing sports in school, which provided me with the opportunity to learn how much more success we can have in a game (or life in general) if Im healthy and fit. Although training was tough, and we had those really hard core parents who would be upset if we didnt do our best in the game, it was still fun!
