My current physique in my off season.. I won't lie and say I'm always on track. Some days I stop tracking macros by lunch & somedays not at all. I'm up around 6 lbs from my show & at a healthier weight. I'm 5'6 & 125.. I feel great & energized. I play soccer 6 times a week now & lift 4 times a week. Don't get discouraged by a number on the scale.. Listen to your body & fuel it with proper nutrients- most importantly- enjoy life & living healthy!
