I started weight training when I entered into high school to better myself in sports. I've been influenced with Bodybuilding from both my father and my uncle my whole life. I mixed in gym days with my sports practices for 3 years. April of 2014 I went overseas to play on a US Women's team in an International Soccer Tournament. In the last minute of the final game, I ended up injuring myself and later having to go down for my third knee surgery, a full knee reconstruction, ACL repair, and total muscle loss in my right quad. I was out of sports now for a full year, cutting my Junior year soccer season short. I began getting serious in Bodybuilding during my recovery time and worked towards my first NPC show in Women's Figure at age 17. I stepped on stage just 6 months (and 1 day) after my operation as the youngest competitor at the venue. At this time, I was also competing on the mats on my school's Varsity cheer team as one of the captains. I was later asked to be the Ambassador of that show where they added a new Teen Division. I competed in April in both Women's and Teen Bikini while in the midst of my last high school soccer season. I went on to compete 2 other times taking home 5 Top 5 finishes and 1 First place. I just finished up my second Collegiate soccer season and am in the midst of my Sophomore year of school studying to become a Physical Therapist. Bodybuilding has been my blessing in disguise.
